Stall booking guidelines for Amdavad National BookFair- 2017

 
  1. Participant exhibitor shall have to do one time sign up on the official website of bookfair for getting Login name and password, without which online booking of stall cannot be done.
  2. Booking shall be done online only on first come first serve basis; Participating exhibitors are advised to go through all details available about the ANBF 2017 on the official website www.amdavadbookfair.com before doing online booking.
  3. Allottment of stalls shall take place after last date of booking,through computerised draw of lots. Date of draw shall be communicated through bookfair website/sms/mail to the exhibitor.
  4. Booking shall be subject to realization of payment made through prescribed mode of payment only.
  5. Prescribed mode of Payment shall be : either online (Credit card/Debit card/Net banking) or offline through Demand Draft/Pay order (DD/pay order no. is required while filling up online booking form; wrong information could result in summary rejection of booking without giving any notice.)
    D.D./Pay order should be in favour of, “ Municipal Commissioner,Ahmedabad” payable at Ahmedabad.

     6. Though last booking date is 22nd April 2017,exhibitors are advised to do booking as early as possible as number of available book stalls shall be progressively deducted as soon as booking are received online.

     7.List of Exhibitors with allotted stall shall be published on the bookfair website on 24th April,2017.
